Add 2 scoops (approximately 50g) to 200-350ml of water or milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more). For the best results add liquid first, then powder into one of our shakers or a blender. Once mixed consume immediately. We recommend 2 to 3 servings daily. Consume on waking, in-between meals or any other time you need to boost your protein intake.
